Good questions.

No. Charli never asks for banking logins and doesn't scrape statements. You enter the bills and balances you want to track, and that's all Charli ever sees. It's a deliberately simple, private way to stay on top of your money.

Charli Premium is $2.99 per month, or $29.99 per year — that's about two months free when you pay annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your App Store settings.

After you download the app and start signing up for an account, you'll be asked to enter a promo code. Enter LAUNCH26 there to get your first 3 months free.

Cloud backup is optional and off by default. When you turn it on, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and syncs across your devices. Prefer to keep everything on-device? Leave it off — Charli works either way.

Charli is available on iPhone via the App Store. It supports both light and dark mode and follows your system theme by default.

You can delete your account anytime from the app's settings. When you do, we remove your personal and financial data from our active systems within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records. See our Privacy Policy for details.
